CEREMONY & RECEPTION SERVICES

You have us for the day.  That includes set up and tear down, Unlimited Playing Time, sound and lights, travel to and from your event location, Pre-Ceremony music, Ceremony & Reception live or pre-recorded sound, free consultations via phone and/or in person, emcee services/announcements, wireless microphone for toasts/speeches, cable for audio for photo slideshow, social hour music, grand march introductions, dinner music & of course dance music. All Taxes & Travel are included in each package price.

DAY OF COORDINATION

*Packages are all day/unlimited time/include taxes & travel.

BASE PACKAGE:

base package

9 hours coverage (roughly 11:00am - 8:00pm)

- Create a personalized day of timeline

- Collaborate in advance with your vendors & coordinate timelines

- Wedding management meetings beginning 3 months prior to wedding day

- Assist in décor design & set up

- Short Ceremony run/walk through on the DAY OF

- Coordinate small details that could be overlooked

- Facilitate marriage license signing

- Coordinating cocktail hour & line up wedding party for GRAND MARCH

- Coordinate the wedding day cues and with the DJ: grand march, dinner, speeches, first dances, etc. 

- Assisting guests when needed

TWO ADVANCE MEETINGS with your coordinator

- 3 month and 1 month OUT. 

• 1st Meeting: a consultation to catch up, advice, gathered vendors… their service and service hours and establish a production timeline 

• 2nd meeting: more decor and set up details, counts review established timeline looking for changes and improvements 

• 2 weeks prior connect vendors and share my contact and duties with them.
